Perfect for a first time yogi! You will learn the ins and outs of Power Vinyasa Yoga.

Flow Yoga – Power Vinyasa

An energetic form of yoga where students flow one pose into the next, connecting breath to movements.

Restorative Yoga / Gentle Yoga

This is a slow style of yoga, that will incorporate the use of props to enhance and deepen the experience.

Yoga + Stretch Class

This class will incorporate gentle yoga, yin yoga, trigger point therapy and myofascial release techniques.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones and the deep fascia.
