Brett, an experienced RYT 500 instructor with 4,500+ hours, specializes in Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Hike Yoga, and more.
Cheryl, co-founder of HEAL Bflo, teaches a powerful vinyasa flow. She has 10 years' experience and various yoga certifications.
I began teaching in 2017, completed 500-hour training, teach at Breathe Yoga, specialize in athletes, and love encouraging authentic practice.â
Erica, a certified MBSR teacher, teaches yoga and meditation, inspired by Pema Chodron. Her teaching focuses on healing and freedom.
Chantalâs yoga journey began in 2010, when she started practicing at Yoga One in Charlotte, NC. She started practicing Baptise Yoga regularly and eventually started working there. She completed my 30 hour Art of Assisting Training and 10 hour Unstoppable Training. She assisted classes regularly until 2019 when the studio closed. She moved back to NY. Currently she am working at MBody and assisting yoga classes on Sundays.

Rocco Bianchi is a dedicated yoga and mobility instructor with a mission to help others move pain-free and live their best lives. His passion lies in empowering individuals to do the things they love with the people they love, for as long as possible. Chantele Nicole is a certified yoga instructor based out of Buffalo, NY with a passion in guiding individuals on their journey to physical and mental well-being. Her teaching style blends the traditional practices of Vinyasa yoga and her love for dance, emphasizing mindfulness, alignment, and breathwork to create a holistic and transformative experience for her students.
Jason currently teaches Yoga and Pilates at Midtown Athletic, is an assisted stretch âFlexologistâ at Stretch Lab in Victor, and personal trains clients in handstands, fitness, mobility, and body work out of his home. His current practice combines elements from all his disciplines of Yoga, Pilates, Dance, Strength, and Mobility. He is super excited to continue working with the amazing community of Flower City Yoga for season 3!
Coach Linden Dukes is the owner of Getting It Daily. Heâs been coaching & training for over 10 years. His goal is to educate his clients at all skill levels and in every workout so they are empowered to empower themselves through fitness. When Linden isnât juggling kettlebells or spending time with his family, he is putting his passion to work, helping clients learn functional movements to improve their quality of life & have a good time doing it.
Cory, one of our Buffalo superstars began his teaching journey in 2017 with his first yoga training and is now proud to be leading teacher trainings himself. Over the years, heâs explored many styles of yoga and is passionate about sharing what heâs learned. What resonates most with Cary now is the understanding that yoga doesnât end on the matâitâs a practice that builds strength, confidence, and resilience we can carry into every part of our lives.
Karen Cringoli (200HR RYT) has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching for the past two. With a deep love for music and movement, she focuses on making Kundalini yoga feel approachable, engaging, and fun. Karen's classes are designed to welcome students into a style of yoga that may feel unfamiliarâor even a little strange at firstâbut offers powerful tools for self-awareness, energy, and transformation. Karen brings warmth, creativity, and an open-hearted approach to every classâinviting students to explore something new and leave feeling more connected to themselves.
Julia will guide a Yin Yoga class with Somatic Techniques and Vocal Activation to awaken your internal instrument. With 8 years of personal practice and 5 years of teaching, she has studied over 500 hours in modalities like Traditional Iyengar, Ashtanga Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga, along with Somatic healing. Her practice is rooted in yoga philosophy and grows from her compassion and lifelong devotion to learning.
Emma is a certified 500-hour Registered Yoga Instructor with over 10 years of experience teaching and sharing yoga. Emma is a trauma-informed teacher and has experience working with a wide range of individuals and communities, including children, people with disabilities, vulnerable populations, athletes, and adults of all ages. Emma is passionate about offering a holistic approach to healing and supporting others through the practice of yoga.
Dominic facilitates training, events, and wellness retreats in the Rochester area. His unique approach to wellness reflects a dedication to cultivating well-being at all levels. Dominic is the founder of R4 Wellness & Consulting. A practitioner of restorative practices, he has a passion for fostering positive connections and holistic well-being.
Lee Drinkwater found his passion for DJing immersed in the vibrant EDM/festival scene while living in Chicago. After moving back to his hometown of Rochester to focus on personal growth, Lee is eager to use his acquired skill-set to enhance and uplift others' experiences in his new community, recognizing Yoga League as the perfect opportunity to do so!
Harold Taddy brings a curated display of gongs, handpans, chimes, and various orchestral instruments to each and every Gong Situation. Consideration is given to the uniqueness of individual space and arrangement, and an immersive sound performance is mindfully created to evolve organically and inspire cathartic release.
Katiebkind is a spatial curator of sound and design. Her passion for spiritual exploration and travel is woven into the style of music she creates. Over the past 8 years, katiebkind has played locally in the WNY area and internationally in SE Asia and Costa Rica; bringing a soulful and vibrant energy into her sets. katiebkind understands the impact and healing potential of sound vibration and the richness it can bring to the listeners experience.
Jason currently teaches Yoga and Pilates at Midtown Athletic, is an assisted stretch âFlexologistâ at Stretch Lab in Victor, and personal trains clients in handstands, fitness, mobility, and body work out of his home. He started his movement journey through a variety of athletics including hockey, soccer, tennis, cross country, gymnastics, and Karate. His current practice combines elements from all his disciplines of Yoga, Pilates, Dance, Strength, and Mobility.
Mike Deiure is a local Musician, Producer and Guitar Instructor from Rochester, New York. Heâs been a professional in the Rochester music scene since 2002. His original music focuses heavily on acoustic finger style guitar with a new album coming out Spring of 2025, which can be found here: medurikmusic.com. He loves playing around the Rochester music scene at open mics, pop up gig and yoga classes.
Steven Dean is a sound healer specializing in the deep, transformative power of gongs, intuitively blending other instruments to create immersive, multidimensional healing experiences. As a Master Instructor in Integrative Energy Therapy, Reiki Master, practitioner of Unified Field Healing, The Reconnection (Dr. Eric Pearl), and Peruvian shamanic practices, he weaves energy work seamlessly into his sessions. His work is rooted in helping others return to balance, awaken their inner knowing, and align with the highest frequencies of truth and wholeness.
Meet LEXX, a local DJ known for her energetic mixes of house & techno music that have filled dance floors throughout Rochester, Buffalo, and Toronto. Recently she has connected to her love for music and movement by DJing live cycle and yoga classes, providing engaging rhythms to create an immersive & playful practice.
Joe Gizzie has been in the entertainment industry for over 20 years. Joe has had a finger on the pulse of music since he was young. He has performed in bands with some national level talent and opened for Better than Ezra among others. Understanding what the crowd wants is something that has always come naturally and he is now utilizing that skill to deliver the music directly to you.
