In this series, you’ll be grouped into teams, creating a fun and supportive environment to make new friends and connect with others. It’s not just about the yoga; it’s about building a community and sharing experiences. Each week, you’ll have the opportunity to bond with your team through engaging activities, partner poses, and friendly challenges. This is a great chance to socialize, laugh, and support each other as we journey together towards wellness. Brett Richardson

Brett, an experienced RYT 500 instructor with 4,500+ hours, specializes in Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Hike Yoga, and more.

Cheryl Strauss

Cheryl, co-founder of HEAL Bflo, teaches a powerful vinyasa flow. She has 10 years' experience and various yoga certifications.

DJ Katie Bkind

Katiebkind, a spatial curator of sound, creates music blending spiritual exploration and travel, performing locally and internationally.

Dominic Piacentini

Dominic, founder of R4 Wellness & Consulting, is a master practitioner of Restorative Practices, dedicated to holistic well-being and positive connections.

Erin Joy​

Certified yoga and meditation instructor, passionate about yoga's transformative power, offering inclusive classes blending yoga styles, sound healing, and mindfulness.​

Harold Taddy​

Harold Taddy creates immersive sound baths with gongs, handpans, chimes, and more, blending theatre arts and modern dance influences.​

Lisa Stantz​

I began teaching in 2017, completed 500-hour training, teach at Breathe Yoga, specialize in athletes, and love encouraging authentic practice.​

Robyn, owner of Finger Lakes Yogascapes and Free Spirit ROC, teaches yoga focused on connection, freedom, and self-discovery. E-RYT 500.

Yogi Josh

Yogi Josh Zimmerman, 200-hour YTT in India, ex-powerlifting record holder, offers a joyful journey with intimate, supportive energy.

Violet Loveys

Violet, with 10 years of experience, teaches vinyasa, hatha, yin, restorative yoga, and meditation, focusing on healing and connection.

Rocco Bianchi

Rocco Bianchi, a 500-hour RYT, specializes in yoga and mobility, focusing on pain-free movement and overall well-being.

Erica Ebert

Erica, a certified MBSR teacher, teaches yoga and meditation, inspired by Pema Chodron. Her teaching focuses on healing and freedom.

Chantele Nicole

Chantele Nicole is a certified yoga instructor based out of Buffalo, NY with a passion in guiding individuals on their journey to physical and mental well-being. Her teaching style blends the traditional practices of Vinyasa yoga and her love for dance, emphasizing mindfulness, alignment, and breathwork to create a holistic and transformative experience for her students.
